These terms apply to all users of our website and customers booking tours with Sahara Morocco Experience.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
To confirm a booking, a deposit or full payment is required as per the package details. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Full payment must be completed before the tour starts unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process.
If you need to modify your booking, please contact us at least 7 days in advance.
We will try our best to accommodate changes, but modifications are subject to availability.
Customers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel insurance before joining a tour. Sahara Morocco Experience is not responsible for any issues related to missing documents.
We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. Travelers are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the tour.
Sahara Morocco Experience is not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemics).
We expect all travelers to behave respectfully towards guides, staff, and fellow travelers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required for booking arrangements.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco, and any disputes will be settled in Moroccan courts.
